Our Service is not Intended for Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. California residents under 16 years of age may have additional rights regarding their information. For instance, if our Service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. Links to Other Sites: The Service may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by InfoTrader. Please be aware that InfoTrader is not responsible for nor do we endorse the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Service and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that collects personal information. Service Providers: We use other third parties such as an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Business Transitions: In the event InfoTrader®  goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred.

Do-Not-Track-Disclosure

Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” (“DNT”) signals with which you may communicate. We currently do not change our tracking practices in response to DNT Settings in your web browsers.

Our Commitment to Data Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We have implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to reasonably safeguard personal information. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Service. Nevada Privacy Rights
