Our Service is not Intended for Children
The Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. California residents under 16 years of age may have additional rights regarding their information. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the Service or through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any access credentials you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 years of age, we will delete that information. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our Service may also use LSOs such as HTML 5 and Flash to collect and store information. Service-Related Announcements: We will send you strictly Service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our Service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. Links to Other Sites: The Service may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by InfoTrader. Please be aware that InfoTrader is not responsible for nor do we endorse the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Service and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that collects personal information. Service Providers: We use other third parties such as an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Business Transitions: In the event InfoTrader®  goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred.
Do-Not-Track-Disclosure
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” (“DNT”) signals with which you may communicate. We currently do not change our tracking practices in response to DNT Settings in your web browsers.
Our Commitment to Data Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We have implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to reasonably safeguard personal information. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Service. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Service. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service.

How You Can Access, Correct, Delete and Deactivate Your Information

If you wish that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at the contact information above under section “How to Contact Us”. California Privacy Rights 
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 entitle California users to request information concerning the disclosure of certain personal information to third parties. While you can always contact us at support@infotrader.com with any questions, please know we do not currently sell data trigging these statutes.
Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A entitle Nevada users to certain opt-out rights. While you can always contact us at support@infotrader.com with any questions, please know we do not currently sell data trigging that statute’s opt-out requirements.
